Home Collegewide Information Technology Remote Work Resources

Access to the most common platforms used for work such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Canvas, Google Drive, and more is available with any Internet connection. Whether on-site or remote, these cloud-based platforms are available for you without any additional steps. For many employees, this is enough for day-to-day tasks. Check out the Los Rios Hub to see which cloud-based platforms are available for you.

If you need to access PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Online Grading System, network shared drives, printers, or other internal resources, you will need to first connect to the Los Rios network with Global Protect VPN, which is pre-installed on CRC-issued laptops, and available for download on personal laptops.

Remote Work Resources Description How to Request Resource
