Through Service Central, you can now request IT services or get support for any IT issue in a common online location. This includes submitting and tracking requests for computer support, software, hardware, or access to tools/systems. If you are not able to access Service Central, or the request is an IT emergency, please call us at (916) 691-7025.
Our commitment is to provide all CRC employees with the computer system and IT resources necessary to meet the needs of their position/assignment. If an employee's computer system is not meeting those needs, then submit a Service Central request. State the needs and where the deficiency occurs. This will initiate a resolution process that should result in a solution to the problem in a timely and efficient manner.
- If it's broken, we'll fix it.
- If it needs more capacity, we'll upgrade it.
- If it cannot be fixed or cannot be upgraded, we'll replace it.
- If the needs of the employee's position change, rendering their computer incapable of meeting those needs, then the area Dean will verify the change in needs and our staff will provide a system capable of meeting the new requirements.
