Need Help?
CRC Employees can use this help desk button to submit an online help request form. District IT Support for District Office centrally managed resources (Employee Self Service (ESS), Canvas, and PeopleSoft) is available at the District HelpDesk site.
Our commitment is to provide all CRC employees with the computer system and IT resources necessary to meet the needs of their position/assignment. If an employee's computer system is not meeting those needs, then place a helpdesk ticket to that effect. State the needs and where the deficiency occurs. This will initiate a resolution process that should result in a solution to the problem in a timely and efficient manner.
- If it's broken, we'll fix it.
- If it needs more capacity, we'll upgrade it.
- If it cannot be fixed or cannot be upgraded, we'll replace it.
- If the needs of the employee's position change, rendering their computer incapable of meeting those needs, then the area Dean will verify the change in needs and our staff will provide a system capable of meeting the new requirements.
