Business cards are provided to all full-time faculty and permanent classified staff. Business cards for new employees and those changing positions are free of charge. Visit Public Information Office Forms to order business cards.
Your area office can assist you with requesting keys that you may need.
To request keys:
- Obtained a Key Request Form from your area dean or supervisor.
- After your dean or supervisor signs the form, you need to turn it in to the campus Los Rios Police Department (LRPD).
- Key requests are usually complete one business day after they are received, so please return to Police Services the next day to pick up your keys.
- Upon resignation, retirement, etc., all keys must be returned to the College Police. Part-time instructors should check their keys in when their semester or summer session is completed, unless they are continuing as an instructor in that area the following term. All staff are expected to monitor their key usage and return keys that are no longer needed. At no time should you copy, loan or allow an unauthorized person to utilize your keys.
