At CRC we have a Maps and Parking page to help you find your way to campus.
Prior to receiving your staff parking permit from the Los Rios Police Department, you will need to locate a 20 min guest parking zone (painted white) or pay $2 for a daily parking pass. Parking is available all around the outer perimeter of campus. Staff and students may park in any space within the parking garage. Outside of the parking garage look for designated staff parking locations (painted yellow). Permits are for a two-year cycle. Additional temporary and/or special event permits are available for day-use or on a semester basis.
Interactive Campus Map
Once you have parked you can use our interactive campus map to find your way to class or office.
Microsoft 365 is the provided platform for Faculty and staff email. Students use Google Gmail accounts. Email accounts can be accessed on the Los Rios Single Sign-On site. Issues with login credentials or accessing e-mail accounts can be supported by visiting the District Information Technology Help Desk online.
Identification Number (W ID)
Every Los Rios employee is issued what we call a W ID Number. You will use this number to access a majority of resources and information within the Los Rios Community College system. The W ID is used to login to campus computers, email, learning management system and more.
You can obtain an employee identification card at the CRC Los Rios Police Department, located in the Operations and Police Services (OPS) building. Be prepared to smile for the camera!
Business cards are provided to all full-time faculty and permanent classified staff. Business cards for new employees and those changing positions are free of charge. Visit Public Information Office Forms to order business cards.
Your area office can assist you with requesting keys that you may need.
To request keys:
- Obtained a Key Request Form from your area dean or supervisor.
- After your dean or supervisor signs the form, you need to turn it in to the campus Los Rios Police Department (LRPD).
- Key requests are usually complete one business day after they are received, so please return to Police Services the next day to pick up your keys.
- Upon resignation, retirement, etc., all keys must be returned to the College Police. Part-time instructors should check their keys in when their semester or summer session is completed, unless they are continuing as an instructor in that area the following term. All staff are expected to monitor their key usage and return keys that are no longer needed. At no time should you copy, loan or allow an unauthorized person to utilize your keys.
