Greetings Friends and Colleagues!

Welcome to the newly redesigned Division of Institutional Equity & Research and Planning!

The redesign of this division began in July 2021 in response to doubling down on our college wide efforts to imbed and advance racial equity and social justice toward closing the opportunity gap for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities at Cosumnes River College. And reaffirm our commitment and actions to create a more welcoming and inclusive college environment reflective of the breadth of diversity among our student communities.

This Division includes institution-wide efforts focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; the We Won’t Fall Campaign, Institutional Effectiveness; Professional Development; Research and Planning; Student Equity and Engagement; and the new federally funded grant programs including Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Multicultural Innovation CASA Grant and the Asian American, Native American-Pacific Islander Institution (AANAPISI) Grant.
