During the Fall 2020 semester, the State Chancellor of California Community Colleges created a series of legal opinions on protecting our student’s privacy in our online learning environments. Our conversation will highlight the opinions of the State Chancellor’s office and provide a series of suggestions on how to continue protecting our student’s privacy in Zoom and when using Proctorio to help proctor our online exams. Participants are encouraged to share their best practices and successes from their previous online classes.
