The Cosumnes River College Public Information Office is responsible for managing the overall marketing, communications and public relations efforts for the college. We promote CRC to potential students and the community by implementing award-winning marketing campaigns, cultivating community and school partnerships through outreach collateral, creating graphic design materials and campus publications, managing our campus social media platforms, responding to media inquiries, and developing and maintaining our campus website. We are also here to provide media, marketing and communications support to faculty and staff.

The PIO uses a strategic, integrated marketing communications approach in implementing both traditional and non-traditional advertising strategies to locally promote enrollment at the college. We do this in coordination with our district office marketing team which provides a more regional approach.
