How do CRC employees get support with IT resources on campus?

Contact the CRC Campus Help Desk via our web form or at (916) 691-7025 and describe the problem. The Campus Help Desk hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

If an emergency happens after hours, then contact IT support staff at their direct number, or request assistance by using the web form link above.

Where can I find information about IT System outages, especially during off-hours?

Visit Los Rios Outage Website – designed to inform students, faculty, and staff of planned outages and status updates, and provide a method to alert the DO IT Department of outages during off-hours.

How do I get my FAX machine fixed?

Contact your equipment service provider – CRC IT does not service FAX equipment.

Who do I contact for my Toshiba copier repairs/toner servicing?

For Area Office Toshiba Copiers, contact Ron Veri in Business Services at (916) 691-7240.

For Lab Area Toshiba Copiers, refer to the contact information on the copier.

How do I dispose of old copier and printer toner cartridges?

Old ink cartridges can be recycled at the Bookstore, through Facilities, or in recycle bins. Copier toner is recycled with Receiving. Printer toner is recycled with IT's Encompass Vendor.
