This form is for faculty use only. Students should use the Student Request for Test Proctoring form on CRC's main website.
Test Proctoring information:
- Fall and Spring: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
- During summer sessions: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
- End-of-semester finals: Only two times are available: 8:00 am and 12:00 pm
- There are no drop-in test appointments.
- New test center location: BS 104.
Test proctoring services will start the second week of the semester. Before submitting an exam or quiz, please read the Test Proctoring Guidelines for Instructors.
