Description

You read that right — easy and accessible! In this workshop, learn about simple things that you can do right now to improve access to your course materials. We will highlight the new Los Rios Captioning program, which creates accurate captions for your videos. We will also demonstrate how to use accessibility checkers in Canvas - including Ally, PopeTech, and the Canvas RCE Accessibility Checker - as well as the Microsoft Office Accessibility Checkers. Come prepared to follow along using your own Canvas Pages, Word Docs, and/or PowerPoint files.
