Urgent/Emergency Services

• Rooms are unreasonably hot or cold
• Power outages
• Gas leaks
• Water leaks/overflows, and other plumbing problems
• Safety Issues (that cannot wait until the next business day)

How to Report Urgent/Emergency Issues

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: Call your department’s administrative assistant. They will enter a trouble ticket and the appropriate department will be notified regarding the issue. When the administrative assistant is unavailable you may call the issue directly into Operations at (916) 691-7729.

After 5:00 pm, weekends and holidays: Call Los Rios Police Department at (916) 558-2221, then press 0 to speak with dispatch. They will notify the appropriate department regarding the issue.

E-mail or voice mail is not an appropriate way to communicate urgent requests. Make sure you always communicate with a live person to report conditions that may pose life safety issues. 

Non-Urgent Services

• Event set-ups
• Graffiti and/or vandalism
• Light replacement
• Pest control
• Painting
• Furniture assembly or reconfiguration
• Relocation needs
• Window covering repairs
• Other non-critical needs

Work orders for maintenance and/or custodial services, such as those listed above, must be submitted through Maintenance Connection for processing and approval at least one week prior to when the services are needed. Contact your area administrative assistant for processing.
